No job too large or too small – hourly rates available.

My prices are clearly displayed for you to see and have been carefully considered and specifically predetermined, so that each and every client will be billed based entirely on these same fixed standard rates. If you request a project quote, whether large or small, I will compose a detailed brief along with an itemised cost outline for your perusal. Upon your approval, and at every step thereafter, I will follow our agreement "to the letter". In every situation - without exception, I will always only recommend to you services and features in which I genuinely believe you will receive a specific benefit. Hourly Rates

Hours are logged in 30 minute increments. If you have any questions with regards to my billing and payment methods or would like to discuss my rates, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Basic Administrative Rate: £20.00
Out of Hours Work: £30.00

Work carried out before 8.30am or after 5.30 pm and at weekends will be charged at the Out of Hours Work rate. If you require work urgently and need to be put at the top of the pile - this will incur a premium rate although I have a very fast turnaround in general. Straightforward manuscripts, typing,general administration and proofreading, etc, are charged at my hourly rate of £20.00 per hour. Mail shots, data entry, and non-standard projects (for example filing) are quoted on a case by case basis. Once work has been agreed, an invoice will be sent to you – work is paid for in advance. Invoices can be settled via cash, cheque, PayPal or bank transfer (bank account details will be supplied on the invoice).

 

Retainer Packages

Retainer packages are available with a reduction in the hourly charge. Please email me for an example of the packages available. Retainer packages are payable monthly in advance and are arranged to suit your requirements. Packages are only suitable for clients wishing to prepay for at least 10 hours a month for a minimum of 6 months. Extra hours are charged at £20.00. Unused hours can be credited to the next month only and must be used within 30 days. Should you wish to extend or reduce the retainer package period of time, one calendar month's written notice is needed for this. If you do not want to take up a retainer package you can request a project quote, whether large or small. I will compose a detailed brief along with an itemised cost outline for your perusal. Upon your approval, and at every step thereafter, I will follow our agreement "to the letter". In every situation, without exception, I will always only recommend to you services and features in which I genuinely believe you will receive a specific benefit.
